Cleanliness in Berlin is a hot topic that greatly affects the minds of citizens. In a current survey, the city administration is now mercilessly confirmed to have failed in terms of cleanliness. To counteract this, the administration is launching an online survey that will run from June 16th to July 31st, 2025 and is offered in several languages. One goal: cleanliness and order for everyone
The survey is not only initiated for residents, but can be completed by anyone who is temporarily staying in Berlin. This is intended to ensure that the voices of all users of the city are heard. The evaluation is carried out by the Berlin-Brandenburg Statistical Office together with the urban cleanliness coordination office in the Mitte district and the AG ZV 4. The aim is to improve the cityscape as part of the Berlin-wide “Cleanliness & Order” target agreement, according to information from berlin.de.
