This is how you get to the Foo Fighters concert in the Olympic Stadium quickly and safely!
Today, November 10, 2025, we look to the future of music enjoyment in the Olympic Stadium: The legendary ones Foo Fighters are in the starting blocks for their eagerly awaited concert next year. Fans can look forward to an unforgettable experience, and to ensure that everything runs smoothly, here are some recommendations for getting there.
Traveling by public transport is particularly recommended as the transport connections are excellent. The U2 subway line takes visitors to the Olympia-Stadion subway station, which is just 500 meters from the east gate. If you decide to take the S-Bahn, you can use lines S3 and S9 to the Olympiastadion S-Bahn station, which means just a short walk to the south or east gate.
Public transport and arrival by car
For bus travelers, the M49 and 218 lines are available to the Flatowallee stop, which lead close to the stadium. Alternatively, you can take line 104 to Neu-Westend subway station and then change to subway line U2 to go directly to the Olympic Stadium.
If you prefer to travel by car, you also have various options. Coming from Hamburg or Rostock, take the A100 towards Charlottenburg and turn off at the Kaiserdamm Süd exit to Flatowallee. From Munich or Nuremberg as well as Hanover or Magdeburg we recommend taking the A115 to the Funkturm motorway triangle. From there you continue to the Messedamm exit and via Jafféstraße to Flatowallee.
Parking options and important information
For drivers there are some parking options around the stadium. The Olympic Square offers free parking for vehicles up to 2.8 tons. The PO1, PO4 (with disabled parking spaces) and PO7 car parks open from 2:30 p.m., but advance reservations for parking tickets are not possible.
An important note: There is no space for motorhomes in the parking lots, and on event days you should pay attention to the traffic management systems to avoid possible delays in departure.
The anticipation of the Foo Fighters concert and the perfect planning for the journey couldn't fit together better. So off to Berlin and to a great event!
