A festival of music and magic: Open day in the Brandenburg Theater!

Grabenstraße 14, 14770 Brandenburg an der Havel, Deutschland - On June 21, 2025, the time has come: The Brandenburg Theater opens its doors and is called all the curious and cultural -interested welcome to an open house. These four concrete sculptures, which represent musical instruments, were realized with a budget of 25,000 euros from the community budget and promise to let the theater environment shine in new splendor.

The entire program from 2:00 p.m. offers a variety of activities for the whole family. Among other things, there is a craft corner, cotton cancellation sales, fairy tale readings and face painting. A special highlight is the public dress rehearsal of the Brandenburg symphonists at 3:00 p.m., which already ensures great anticipation. Director Dr. Alexander Busche as well as chief conductor Andreas Spering and chief dramaturge Carola Söllner will present the upcoming productions of the next season at 4:00 p.m.

The event is part of the Havel Festival and the Fête de la Musique, which also enriches the day. If you are looking for a creative break, you can have fun in the craft corner or face painting and for the selfies there is a photo corner where visitors can be photographed in costumes. From 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., a very special sugar stall will delight the small palate.
