There is reason to celebrate in Brandenburg an der Havel: The family business Metallbau Windeck recently celebrated its impressive anniversary130th anniversary. Founded in 1895, the company has developed over the years into an important player in the field of individual steel-glass facades. The production facility has been located in the Rietz industrial area, not far from the city limits of Brandenburg, for over three decades.
Currently there are around160 employeesemployed at Metallbau Windeck, including20 trainees from several nations, which shows the company's international orientation and commitment to young talent. Sebastian and Oliver Windeck, who are now the fifth generation to run the business, emphasize the importance of transformation and innovation in their sector. Particularly noteworthy are projects such as the facades of the Bauhaus Museum Dessau and the prestigious KaDeWe in Berlin, to name just a few.
Collaboration with universities
