The anticipation of summer is already palpable in Cottbus! From August 14, 2025, the film nights will begin in the rose garden of Spreeauenpark, which are now in their fifth season. There are 22 exciting days on the program until September 4th, which promise a true festival of film art for both cinephiles and families. The film nights in the Spreeauenpark report a colorful mix of classics, blockbusters and regional documentaries.
A real highlight of the program will be the sing-along revue “S!ng”, which kicks off on August 14th. But that's just the tip of the iceberg! The audience favorite “Dirty Dancing” will also flicker across the screen on August 23rd and not forgetting the adventures of the famous “Harry Potter”. There is a very special treat for families: a free family cinema awaits young viewers on August 16th and 17th with films such as “Petterson and Findus” and “The Peppercorns”.

The ticket prices are very fair: tickets are available online from 11.50 euros, while on Monday reduced tickets are available for just 8 euros. Tickets cost 13.50 euros at the box office. With 400 seats available per performance, it is advisable to reserve early as demand is high. This is confirmed by the organizers Cottbus Congress, Messe & Touristik GmbH (CMT) and PAN Veranstaltungslogistik as well as Kulturgastronomie GmbH.
