Demands of the employees

The ver.di union has set out clear demands that should be implemented from July 1, 2025. These include:

  • Eine Entgelterhöhung von 8 %, mindestens aber 350 Euro monatlich.
  • Eine Reduzierung der wöchentlichen Arbeitszeit von 39 auf 38,5 Stunden, aber mit vollem Lohnausgleich.
  • Die Anhebung der Schicht- und Wechselschichtzulagen auf das Niveau des Tarifvertrags für den öffentlichen Dienst.
  • Für Auszubildende eine Erhöhung der Ausbildungsvergütung um 150 Euro sowie Verbesserungen bei Sonderzahlungen und Urlaub.
