Neustadt (Dosse), Deutschland - On July 8, 2025, a special exhibition will be opened in the foyer of the Brandenburg state parliament, which celebrates the long tradition of the Brandenburg main and land stud Neustadt (Dosse). Under the motto "To the best of the country- the Brandenburg main and land stud in the area of ​​tension", the exhibition shows exciting insights into the 235-year history of horse breeding in the region. Historical exhibits, original documents and interactive information stations invite visitors to learn more about the development and importance of the stud. The opening is made by the President of the Landtag Prof. Dr. Ulrike Liedtke completed, followed by a round of talks with well-known representatives from the horse industry, including Gregor Beyer, State Secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutritional Economy, Dr. Henning Frevert, Landstallmeister, and Volker Wulff, initiator of the "Neustädter horse summer". This round is moderated by Dr. Carolin Pfanne-Oertwich, who acts as the managing director of the stud. The event is musically framed by the violoncellist Julie Auer from Cottbus.

The exhibition can be visited from July 9 to September 4, 2025 during the opening hours of the state parliament, on weekdays from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Admission is free, a prior registration is not required.
