Mayoral election in Nauen: Runoff election between Wibersinsky and Meger!

On Sunday evening, September 14, 2025, the mayoral election was held in Nauen (Havelland). The first round of voting brought exciting results. In addition, there were also elections in Wriezen (Märkisch-Oderland) on the same day. Incumbent Karsten Ilm (CDU) can run in the runoff election against Thomas Knels (AfD) on October 12th. Ilm achieved 48.8 percent in the first round of voting, while his challenger got 27 percent.
