Fire brigade in Murchin: Drama and title fights at the Seeholz Cup!

What a day in Murchin at Anklam! On July 23, 2025, the 5th Seeholz Cup and the final of the MV Cup took place in fire brigade. Teams from all over Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and a delegation from Brandenburg, which even has Olympic champions in their ranks, competed. Hundreds of thousands of spectators gathered on the leisure site between federal road 110 and the campsite to follow the exciting competitions.

The competition, which lasted around six hours, extended over three lanes and included a variety of ratings. The chief organizer Michael Jahnke received great praise for the organization, especially for the shuttle service and the extensive meals. Over 150 kilograms of french fries, wonderful meat, sausages and boules provided the physical well -being of the participants and spectators.

competition conditions and technical challenges

The competition conditions were optimal: wide fleece railways on a lawn protected the football field below. However, there were also some technical problems that meant that some competition runs ended without evaluation. However, this did not reduce the joy of the exciting duels.

The results in detail

The results were as exciting as the competitions themselves. For men, the “4-trolley cup” team was the brilliant winner with an impressive time of 21.23 seconds. youth and children's competitions

The youth was not neglected either: the team from Stove secured victory with a best time of 22.80 seconds, which, however, was not comparable to the times of adults. Medow prevailed in the children's competition, followed by Postlow, Klein Bünzow and Murchin. It is nice to see how the fire brigade sport is also very popular with the recent!

like uckermarkurier.de, the event was not only a competition, it was also a big festival for everyone involved. What an exciting day for Murchin and the fire brigade sports community!
