The owner of a nearby hairdressing salon, Marie Paasch, complained of how the repeated bulky waste deposits also became a problem for her customers with walkers. "This is not only an aesthetic topic, but also ensures unpleasant smells and attracts vermin, especially in the hot summer sun," said Paasch. This is more than just a nuisance; It significantly affects the quality of life of the residents.

Hans-Uwe Schult, who had reported the garbage mountain several times to the regulatory office and the environmental office, experienced a frustrating waiting for the city's reaction. The garbage was finally reported on July 3. However, the city could not act immediately because the owner of the house had to be heard first. On July 4, the owner received a letter with the request to remove the garbage until July 15, which ultimately also happened. Nevertheless, the residents felt annoying about the long processing time.
