- Friedrich-Engels-Straße: Hier investiert die NWG in die Sanierung einer der letzten Bauruinen der Altstadt, mit einem Gesamtinvestitionsvolumen von rund 7 Millionen Euro für 20 Wohnungen.
Other exciting projects include the renovation of the old fire department barracks and future projects on Eisenbahnstrasse and on the site of the disused slaughterhouse, where up to 150 new apartments could be built.
