In Spremberg, a town in the Spree-Neiße district, almost 100 people demonstrated peacefully today against a meeting of the right-wing extremist small party “Third Way”. The protest was organized by the “Unteilbar Spremberg” alliance, and the participants showed their clear stance against neo-Nazis with posters such as “Diversity instead of simplicity” and “Stand up, look, stand in the way of Nazis”. Alliance leader Bianca Broda expressed concern about the increasing attempts by neo-Nazis and fascists to exploit young people in particular for their own purposes.
