On Sunday evening around 10:20 p.m., a young woman was allegedly the victim of a sexual assault while walking along a forest path after visiting the “Glückauf Tower”. The woman reported that she was followed by two unknown men who eventually caught up with her and performed sexual acts against her will, as Bild describes.
The victim was finally able to escape and contacted an acquaintance that night who took her to the hospital as a precaution. She arrived there at around 11:15 p.m. to seek medical treatment. The police quickly became aware of the incident and are now looking for witnesses who noticed suspicious people in the area around the “Glück-Auf-Tower” that evening. The perpetrator description
There is currently no concrete information about the perpetrators. According to the information from MDR, the men were described as strong and spoke German with a Saxon dialect.
