Nechlin, Deutschland - What would you do if you had the opportunity to move to a new world? For Petra and Carsten Ulerchs, a native of Münster couple, the move to the Uckerland was a great adventure. Almost eight years ago, they found their new home in Nechlin, very close to Neubrandenburg. There they not only rejected their roots, but also quickly integrated into the village community. The first contacts with the residents were quickly made up, and the couple felt very welcome from day one.

Carsten Ulerbs, who had applied to the Bundeswehr as a re -post, can proudly say today that he successfully passed the entrance exam. After a three -month basic training, there were two options: Erfurt or Neubrandenburg. The choice fell on Neubrandenburg, as both sought the proximity to the Baltic Sea and the Mediterranean. In the picturesque environment they finally found a house in Nechlin. Nordkurier reports .

settled in and actively

The new village community quickly took up the couple, and after only three months they were already committed members in the village association. A real success was the first flea market that Petra organized in the village with her daughter. But Carsten not only brings organizational skills, but also musical talent. He is a member of the Heeresmusikkorps Neubrandenburg , which has already occurred several times in Nechlin and also planned another concert on July 29, 2025.

The Army Music Corps is a renowned part of the Bundeswehr, founded on April 1, 1991, and contributes to musically supporting the Bundeswehr in both protocol occasions and for the support of the troops. Under the direction of Lieutenant Colonel Christian Prchal, the orchestra has made a name for itself as a "sounding ambassador".
