Campus der Universität Erfurt, 99085 Erfurt, Deutschland - On June 2, 2025, the University of Erfurt announces the 1st Erfurt Campus Cup, which will take place on Wednesday, June 25th. This event is aimed at all relatives of the Erfurt universities and is held in parallel to the 9th Erfurt campus run. The competitions start at 3 p.m. on the University of Erfurt and include various sports such as beach volleyball and 3 × 3 basketball.
The participants can compete on the venues such as the beach volleyball field behind the sports hall and Max-Weber-Platz for basketball. In addition, the campus run will take place on the campus meadow, with a fixed start and target point. During a break from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m., the athletes have the opportunity to take part in the team competition of the campus run before the final rounds take place after the break. The award ceremony is scheduled for 8 p.m. in front of the café "lecture hall 7".

The Campus Cup offers a supporting program with small field football, rugby, teqball and a bouncy castle for children. In order to ensure that the event runs smoothly, vehicle traffic on the university site is closed on June 25 from 4:30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. Max-Weber-Platz will be closed to traffic from 2 p.m.
