Tank fraud and wild car theft: Police are looking for perpetrators!

In a series of incidents last Sunday, several police investigations in Brechen, Dornburg, Weilmünster and Beselich-Schupbach came to light. At first, an unknown person committed tank fraud when he fueled at a petrol station on Limburger Strasse without paying. The perpetrator, described as a male, between 25 and 35 years old and with bald, left damage of 58.28 euros.

in Dornburg there was an attempted car theft when a man tried to stole an Audi with a stolen key, but fled when he was observed. Shortly afterwards, a 40-year-old stole a car in Weilmünster, the key of which got stuck in the castle. He was later arrested by the police in a dead end, where he was under the influence of drugs and alcohol. In Beselich-Schupbach, a traffic accident between a Mitsubishi and an Audi caused property damage of around 24,000 euros, fortunately everyone involved was not injured.
