Stone throws from the bridge: truck drivers narrowly escape the mischief!

On Monday evening, the police in Kassel-Waldau were alerted at 6:55 p.m. after a truck driver from Bad Arolsen was thrown at the Fuldaaue bridge with stones. The 74-year-old heard a loud bang and shortly afterwards discovered an impact in his windshield. Fortunately, he was unharmed and immediately informed the police.

The fast-initiated search led to the control of two young people who were seen with e-scooters near the crime scene. During an examination of the bridge, the officials found several stones that had apparently been prepared as the throwing bullet. A 15 and a 16-year-old from Kassel are now suspected of being responsible for the stone throws, which led to a damage of around 500 euros. Both young people were then handed over to their legal guardians while the investigation continued.
