The renewal of the road was necessary because the approximately nine -kilometer route between Mirow and Wesenberg had reached the end of their useful life. The construction work started on May 5 with the dismantling of the protection planks before it went into full closure from May 12 to June 25, which was mainly used for milling and asphalt work.
