The thatched roof was last re-covered in 2021, and the Heideridge is expected to be renewed in 2024. The electrics were updated in 2022, which means the boathouse is adapted to modern standards. The new owners can enjoy the beautiful view on the upper terrace, which is currently closed for the weather but still offers plenty of potential for relaxing hours by the water.
