Vacation action days: Discover over 150 jobs in Wismar and the surrounding area!

Boltenhagen, Deutschland - These days are the action days by the sea in front of the door, which take place in Boltenhagen from 18 to 21 August and on the island of Poel. These special days aim to bring holidaymakers together with exciting job offers in Wismar, Schwerin and Northwest Mecklenburg. More than 150 job offers from various industries - including education, healthcare, craft and IT - are presented. The regional economy hopes for this initiative a thrust of new specialists and a more lively living environment.

Visitors can look forward to personal consultations with teams from the regional Welcome Service Center. These conversations not only offer information about the specific job offers, but also about how to gain a foothold in the region. The target group are particularly people who consider a restart in the region during their vacation. The response in recent years has been consistently positive, and many families have decided to go to the area permanently due to this campaign. Martin Kopp, Managing Director of the Business Development Society Nordwestmecklenburg mbH, emphasizes that the campaign was an “respectable success”.

The employers participating in the action day are invited to send their open job offers to the responsible Welcome Center. This initiative is implemented in cooperation with regional partners such as the Welcome Service Center Schwerin and the Ludwigslust -Parchim district, under the roof of regional marketing and development Westmecklenburg e. It is particularly worth mentioning that some well-known companies, such as "Teachers in MV" and providers of Wings long-term study courses at the Wismar University of Applied Sciences, will be represented on the opening day.
