Mecklenburg bulls dominate: double victory in test games!

On July 14, 2025, the Mecklenburg Bulls Schwerin had an exciting Saturday. The fourth division handball team played two test matches after twelve intensive training days. Interim coach Wolfgang Heuer and his colleague Daniel Finkelstein were able to take a close look at the first successes of their work. The results speak for themselves: The bulls won confidently against Güstrower HV with 38:22 and also clearly prevailed against Ribnitzer HV with 40:28. This year, he was satisfied with the implementation of the training content and the performance of his team, which will start the league round of the Ostsee-Spree Regional League on the second weekend in September, as nnn.de reports.

However, before the bulls throw themselves into the championship, there are still important events to take place. The Schwerin team will take part in the Jacob Cement Cup on August 23rd in Neubrandenburg and the OSPA Cup on August 30th in Bad Doberan. A good test for the coming season and an opportunity to further strengthen the team.
