focus on child and youth work
The focus of the new partnership is to strengthen child and youth work. A crucial part is the integration of a youth forum to give young people a voice. Applications for the projects can be submitted digitally via a special platform.
Another goal of the partnership is to counteract racism and promote human rights. a network against exclusion
This partnership for democracy aims to form a strong network of committed people that is strong for an inclusive society. An example of the implementation of these ideas is the inclusive sports festival "Place for Diversity", which is organized by SV Günding and the District Youth Ring Dachau. Here the focus is on inclusion in order to reduce barriers and to strengthen awareness of the coexistence of children and adolescents of all skills and backgrounds, as Democracy.de reports
The first projects of the new partnership should start in 2025, and the hope is that these initiatives not only strengthen democracy, but also promote diverse social structures. Vorpommern-Greifswald takes a pioneering role here and shows how commitment and cooperation can be funded by fundamental values such as tolerance and understanding.
