What a spectacle on the beach of Prora! On July 18 and 19, 2025, the now legendary day at the Sea Festival took place, which pulled hundreds of thousands of celebrations to the dreamlike coasts of the Rügen holiday island. Organized by the Landjugendverband M-V e.V., this event became not only the meeting point for music lovers, but also for friends of the Baltic Sea. At 20 degrees of water temperature and the wonderful sunset tones, a unique atmosphere was created here.

On Saturday, July 20, 2025, numerous visitors traveled, including Steffi from Berlin, who celebrated their hen party in this breathtaking backdrop. DJ Bürma and DJ Jago K, who delighted the crowd with their deep house sounds, took over the musical entertainment. But that was the beginning: top acts such as Speedy from Chemnitz, Prismode, Solvane from Berlin, Irie Jai von Rügen and Annett Gapstream from Berlin ensured that the festival goers danced and celebrated until the early hours of the morning.

The day at the Sea Festival has more to offer than just music. With a loving decoration and a particularly inviting design, an ambience was created that invites you to linger. Visitors could not only be spoiled musically, but also enjoy the food oasis with regional delicacies. The stands included jewelry sellers and henna tattoo artists who rounded off the festival experience. There were also special offers for children, which made the event a family party.

A very special highlight was the "glitter feedi", which gave visitors a sparkling look with biodegradable glittermint. However, a lot has changed in the admission prices: While the price used to be 7 euros, it has risen to around 70 euros nowadays - at least 50 euros for those with regional bonus. Good to know: For the thirsty there was 0.5 liters of water for 2.50 euros and the cocktails were available for 8 euros.

Special ticket offer

The festival also had an interesting ticket offer for groups. In the "6+1" campaign, the seventh free of charge was received for free when buying six tickets, which made celebrations in the Freundeskreis also attractive. And best of all: The limited number of tickets ensured an intimate festival experience in which every visitor felt welcome.

The year 2025 will certainly remember well for the day at the Sea Festival in Prora. The combination of swimming, dancing and celebrating in this family atmosphere has made many hearts beat faster. The beach of Prora has once again chosen one of the most beautiful beaches in Germany, and the anticipation for future events is already great.
