Road safety in focus
For the whole of Germany, the Federal Statistical Office publishes traffic accident statistics, which serve as the basis for measures in legislation and traffic education. It is a constant process to improve the road safety situation and identify the causes of accidents.
In view of the increasing trend lines for certain vehicle groups, especially e-scooters and motorcycles, it is advisable to pay greater attention to safety, especially in the warm season. Every road user is asked to look out for each other to make the roads safer.
