The preliminary insolvency administrator, lawyer Vanja Alexander Kovacev, was appointed on June 2, 2025 to support the renovation of the Scheelhof operating company mbH, which operates the Brasserie and several other institutions. Despite the challenging circumstances, Kovacev sees good chances for successful renovation until the end of this year, whereby the demands of employees are secured by bankruptcy money. This offers the company a financial buffer to take the necessary steps and negotiate future lease conditions.

Another positive example comes from a new bicycle business, the "Shop 8", which opened on the property of a former sex shop on the Tribseer Damm.
