New cult (UR) & youth club in Großkuchen: A meeting point for everyone!

Großkuchen, Deutschland - In Großkuchen, a new club called "Kult (Ur) & Jugendverein" was founded, which has set itself the goal of promoting the village tradition and culture that has been cultivated in the community in a construction trailer for over 30 years. However, this construction trailer had to be abandoned for company and safety reasons. The new location for the association will be an unused barbecue area on the northern village of village, located next to Elchinger Strasse and on the urban ground.

The planned change from a construction trailer to a container as a clubhouse was initiated in order to create a suitable and safe infrastructure. The new association pursues several purposes, including the promotion of home care and local history, the civic engagement for non -profit and charitable purposes, as well as the construction and maintenance of a youth center and a meeting point for the village community. The invitation to membership is aimed at all generations.

founding assembly and legal form

The founding meeting took place on May 28th in the Waldhorn inn in Rotensohl. Another important point is the foundation of the association that is necessary in order to be able to submit a building application for the new location. These legal formalities are crucial in order to be recognized as a cultural association, which is achieved, among other things, by determining a written purpose of the association. This obliges the members to determine goals, supporters, cost planning and financing models, such as "https://deutsches-ehrenamt.de/vereinsgruung-vereinsarten/vereinsgruung/kulturverein-gruenden/"> Deutsches-ehrenamt.de

A cultural association like the "Kult (UR) & Jugendverein" can have various orientations, from the promotion of individual artists to regional culture. The charitable status is often a targeted goal because it brings tax benefits and facilitates access to public funding. In order to be recognized as a non -profit organization, the application must be submitted to the tax office.

costs and duration of the foundation

The establishment of a club also brings costs: a emergency fee of around 25 euros and a register fee between 70 and 120 euros are incurred. Overall, the start -up costs are between 95 and 145 euros. The foundation itself usually takes around a month, from the assembly to the official registration, provided that all requirements are met. This includes the notarial certification and the submission of certain documents to the register court, as described on Kulturmanagement.net

The "Kult (UR) & Jugendverein" not only wants to strengthen the village community through its activities, but also create a place of gathering for all generations and sustainably promote cultural roots in large cakes. The combination of tradition, cultural commitment and a new meeting point should help to bring and strengthen the village community more closely.
