Displacement on the Lower Rhine: Customs investigation discovers 10,000 euros in cash!

In the early morning hours of June 12, 2025, customs investigators struck in Südbrookmerland! At the command of the Aurich public prosecutor, the apartments were searched by six suspects aged 19 to 75. These men are suspected of having imported and acted illegally drugs, including amphetamine and cannabis.

The result of this spectacular campaign: over 10,000 euros in cash was ensured, hidden in different locations in the houses. This amount is an alleged proceeds from criminal business. The searches were accompanied by special forces of customs and the police and even led to further investigations against three additional suspects. The investigators are still on the trail and the investigation continues to run at full speed.
