Exhibitionism shock in Osnabrück: perpetrator molested young people and women!

Osnabrück, Deutschland - The police in Osnabrück investigate in two terrifying cases of exhibitionism. On Sunday afternoon, two underage girls at the Atterstraße/Landwehrstraße intersection watched an unknown man in a dark VW Polo who manipulated in their presence on his limb and was looking for contact with the young people. After a first incident, the perpetrator returned and continued his exhibitionist act. The man is described as 30 to 40 years old, with a black beard, dark hair and in a black sweater and black pants.

In the night from Sunday to Monday, a woman in her ground floor apartment was bothered by another unknown man who was only dressed in a white bathrobe. He stepped onto the balcony and fully undressed before he fled in an unknown direction. This perpetrator is described as about 180 cm tall, slim with a three-day beard. The police ask for clues to both incidents.
