Chaos on the B 297: Two injured and massive traffic disruptions!

in Kirchheim (ES) there was a serious traffic accident on the B 297 on Wednesday. A 72-year-old woman with her VW Golf turned from a dirt road to the main road, drove onto the opposite lane and collided with a truck. The impact was violent: her car turned and landed in an approximately two meter-deep street ditch. Both the golf driver and the 54-year-old truck driver had to be hospitalized. The fire brigade and employees of the district office were deployed due to expired oil, while the B 297 was closed until shortly before 4 p.m.

Also on Wednesday, the police in Nürtingen discovered a dangerous stretch bus during a check. The driver had violated the steering times and the car's speed limit was manipulated - the vehicle drove up to 120 km/h! The bus, which was occupied by 18 passengers, was pulled out of circulation, and the two drivers and the holder have to expect a fine of 5,000 euros. A replacement bus had to continue the travelers.
