On Wednesday afternoon, unknown perpetrators stolen a two -meter -long copper pipe from a single -family house on Essenberger Straße. Between 11 a.m. and 12 p.m., a resident observed how two young people dismantled the valuable rainfall tube and then fled with a bike and a trailer.

The criminal police have started the investigation and checks whether this incident may be connected to other thefts in the area. Witnesses are asked to contact the South Police Guard in Moers on 02841 / 171-0.
