Serious accident on A2 at Lehrte: 20-year-old injured-witnesses wanted!

On Thursday, June 5, 2025, a serious traffic accident occurred on the A2 motorway at Lehrte, in which a 20-year-old driver was injured. The young woman from Langenhagen was traveling with her Renault in the direction of Berlin at around 5:00 p.m. when she came off the road due to an unknown cause and collided with a protection plank. The impact hurled her vehicle back onto the street, whereupon she had to be taken to the hospital seriously injured.

The police estimate the property damage incurred at around 7,000 euros. The Hanover traffic accident service has investigated and is now urgently looking for witnesses to the incident. People who can contribute to information are asked to report on 0511 109-1888.
