Fire risk in Schöneberg: homeless person injured, police investigated!

The police in Schöneberg last night were alerted when a witness discovered at 11:15 p.m. that the sleeping bag of a sleeping homeless blazed in the main street. The 53-year-old suffered burns on one leg in the incident and was treated on site by rescue workers before being taken to the hospital for further outpatient treatment.

Numerous people were present at the site, but these contradictory statements provided the cause of the fire. A 40-year-old, who was initially considered a suspect, was released after an identity examination. The investigation has now taken over a specialized commissioner of the police department 4 (south) to clarify the enigmatic circumstances of the fire.
