The suspicion was raised by a horse owner who viewed surveillance footage. These recordings showed the crime between 6 and 7:30 a.m. and led to immediate contact with the Altmarkkreis Salzwedel police, who began investigations. Particularly explosive: The accused had already been filmed committing a similar act in Klötze on April 12, 2025, as tag24 reported.
