In the night of Tuesday, June 17, 2025, the fire brigade in Hohenwarsleben (Börde district) was alerted to a mission that was extremely dramatic for everyone involved. Shortly after 11 p.m., the emergency call received a fire in a gazebo in Hermsdorfer Straße. When the first emergency services arrived, the building was already in full fire, which made the extinguishing work a major challenge. The fire brigade of the surrounding towns was quickly brought to support to prevent the flames from spreading to adjacent objects.
