Beavers are starting their season preparation at full steam: all the highlights!

The countdown to the new handball season is in full swing! The DRHV Beavers started their preparations with full force on Monday. A team-building weekend in the Harz Mountains was on the agenda and gave the team the opportunity to get to know each other better. This week the intensity will increase, with two training sessions already scheduled for Monday. In the morning we worked on strength at Lucky Fitness, while the first session followed in the Anhalt Arena in the afternoon. A tight program followed on Tuesday: intensive tempo runs in the Paul Greifzu Stadium early in the morning and another indoor session in the evening.

The coming days promise a lot of variety and hard work. The first test match will take place on Friday, July 25th, against SC DHfK Leipzig in Leipzig. A hot start that should arouse the fans' curiosity! There are also two exciting events coming up on Saturday, July 19th:
– The traditional summer festival of the DRHV fan clubs starts at 10:00 a.m. on the sports field in Mildensee with a soccer tournament, and
– From 1:30 p.m. there will be an internal team duel for the Beavers, where fans will have the opportunity to get to know the new players and talk to them.

Kick-off for SC DHfK Leipzig

SC DHfK Leipzig, on the other hand, starts its preparation phase on July 19th. The club recently published its summer timetable. This happens while the professionals are still enjoying their last days of vacation. A short training camp in Oberwiesenthal is on the program from July 29th to 31st, followed by another training camp in Hard, Austria, from August 11th to 18th. Let's take a look at the exciting dates: Media Day will take place on July 18th and Leipzig's first test match will take place on July 26th in Herzberg.

Unfortunately, some players have to forego training due to their participation in Olympic courses. Luca Witzke, Franz Semper, Kristian Saeveras and Marko Mamic are there and give the team no reason to complain, as numerous exciting test matches against lower-class opponents are expected in order to get ready for the new season.

Preparation for the new season

Preparation for the season is a demanding time for all handball teams, and planning training sessions plays a crucial role. In order to be well prepared, interested coaches and clubs can download a catalog with training plans and exercise variants. This way they can be inspired and guarantee the best possible preparation for their teams. The items are available immediately after conclusion of the contract and some are even available for download within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

Well, dear handball friends, the anticipation for the new season is growing! Stay tuned, because the next few weeks have a lot of excitement in store. Who knows what surprises the teams will have in store for their fans! Let's take the opportunity to support the teams in training and prepare for an exciting season.
