This evening, October 5th, 2025, the handball teams Dessau-Roßlau HV and TuS Ferndorf met in an exciting duel in Dessau-Roßlau. With a final score of 27:20 (15:11), Dessau-Roßlau secured its fourth win of the season and consolidated its position in the lower midfield of the table.

How MDR reports, the game started promisingly for the hosts. They led 4-1 in just seven minutes, with Marcel Nowak scoring the first goal. The Dessau team didn't let up and increased the score to 9:3 before the guests from Ferndorf turned things up a notch and were able to reduce the deficit to 15:11 by half time.

The second half didn't start well for Dessau-Roßlau.
