Focus on volunteering: Gala culminates heroes of engagement in Halle!
On Friday evening, a glamorous evening was celebrated in the new Theater Halle, which was all about volunteering. The focus of the event was the awarding of the Citizens' Prize "The donkey that goes on roses". Matthias Brenner, the long -time theater director, made it clear right from the start that there should be a special magic demonstration - with a guillotine. This ensured cheerfulness in the audience when magician Hans-Jürgen Sack gave him the advice to better use the left hand. Brenner was honored for his exemplary commitment to the White Ring, while Elke Arnold was awarded for her tireless work in the children's city. The MZ reports .
The evening also offered the guests a rich cultural program. These include impressive ballet performances, humorous comedic interludes and vocal performances from the opera. Another highlight was the appearance of Nils Thorben Bartling, who demonstrated his comedy talent under the pseudonym Christian Gustavson before handing over the prize to the impressive Elke Arnold.
