Wish car fulfills dream of the Burgberg: Felix experiences a special day!

in Bad Harzburg, a picturesque city in the Harz, was fulfilled for a special couple. Felix and Jutta, who moved to the region a year and a half ago, experienced an unforgettable day when they visited the castle mountain with the “Wünswagen” Lower Saxony. Felix fights with a serious lung disease that makes it difficult for him to sit longer or to make an effort. His greatest wish was to enjoy the view of the 483 meter high elevation - and he has now done that.

The excursion was organized by the volunteer wishes Christina and Sandra, who did everything possible to fulfill this wish. Despite the cloudy rainy weather, which was predicted for the day, the two managed to bring Felix in a good mood. Equipped with a rain cape, the group, consisting of Felix, his wife, daughter, a hospice companion and two friends, made their way to the cable car.

The mountain trip became a wonderful experience for Felix: After the cable car ride, there was a relaxed walk on the Burgberg, where he could enjoy the breathtaking view. A subsequent refreshment in the Logierhaus ensured that everyone was well looked after before the group returned to the valley. The excursion is considered a complete success and not only conjured up a smile on the face of Felix, but also to his family.

The project of the wish car that made Felix and his family possible this trip pursues a remarkable goal: to fulfill serious people their last wish. The journey is made possible by a specially designed patient transport car, which is provided with medical equipment and is designed for passengers and their accompaniment in a pleasant atmosphere.
