On an exciting Wednesday evening, November 5th, 2025, club handball returns after the international break. Fans can look forward to what is sure to be a thrilling duel between... TV Großwallstadt and that SC Magdeburg as part of the DHB Cup. Kick-off is at 7:30 p.m. in the Untermainhalle in Elsenfeld. Unfortunately, there is no way to follow the game on free TV, as it will be broadcast exclusively via the paid streaming service Dyn, which is part of Axel Springer SE.
This game is about everything because it is a knockout game. The DHB Cup, the 47th edition of the traditional competition this season, has already caused many surprises. With 12 teams from the 3rd league, additional teams from the 2nd Bundesliga and the Bundesliga newcomers, it is now a matter of qualifying for the Final Four, which will take place in April 2024 in the Lanxess Arena in Cologne. The teams are divided into a north and a south group, and in this first main round important decisions are made about who will advance.
