His football career began in the youth academy of VfL Mainhardt before moving to SG Mainhardt/Michelfeld/Bibersfeld and finally to the youth academy of TSG 1899 Hoffenheim in 2013. There he helped his under-19 team reach the semi-finals of the UEFA Youth League in the 2018–19 season.
Geschwill began his senior career at Hoffenheim, where he also captained the reserve team. In 2023 he moved to SV Sandhausen, where he scored two goals in 27 league games. In 2024 he moved to Holstein Kiel in the Bundesliga, where he made his debut on August 31, 2024 in a game against VfL Wolfsburg.
