Brummkreiselverein laughs to confession - Pentecost session full of jokes!

Wildeshausen, Deutschland - On June 9, 2025, the Pentecost session of the Wildeshausen Grummkreiseins took place in the popular “Gildestube”. The event attracted numerous visitors and the seats were quickly booked up. Club champion Joachim Ebenthal opened the meeting with a humorous indication that the type of jokes could surprise many unprepared listeners.

In particular, young participants under the age of 18 were admonished to use oropax or headphones to protect themselves from the often offensive humor. It had even been advised that Catholic visitors should plan some time for confession after the event. However, the Brummkreiselverein rejected the desire to tell less provocative jokes. The lectures often contained sexual allusions and funny word games that ensured a lot of laughter.

humorous deposits and tears of laughter

The audience was able to look forward to a variety of jokes that deal with "bells" and "ropes". Sayings about men and their beer bellies were also told as well as humorous comments on financial issues related to the genital area. These and other jokes ensured that many of them did not get around laughter. It was emphasized that the humor of the humming group is important even in difficult times.

The event ended with the motto called out of full throat: "We circle through until tomorrow morning and sing: Brummsfallera." The association thus continues its tradition of simple, yet effective humor, which is noticed both in the community and beyond.

Brummkreiselverein on the way to new heights

Another sensational step of the humming group is the announced participation in the Olympic Games in Paris, for which a formal letter to the International Olympic Committee (IOC) was written. In this letter, the group is referred to as the "Funbirds" from Wildeshausen. Association master Ebenthal expressed the desire to wait for an answer from the IOC and mentioned that a possible participation could also be postponed to the 2028 Olympic Games if a short -term approval is not possible.

In addition, a laugh parade took place in the Ratskeller in Wildeshausen on Whit Monday. Here again jokes were told that were politically incorrect and various groups, such as believers, thickness, blondes and East Frisians. One focus was on the married life, with humorous stories about forgotten wedding days and misunderstandings in relationships.

The Brummkreiselverein plans to continue to organize entertaining and humorous events, regardless of the reaction of the IOC. This shows the determination of the association to keep up the community spirit and laughing in Wildeshausen.
