This honor comes from the state initiative Fachkraft im Focus (FIF), which encourages employers to determine the satisfaction of their employees and actively promote it. Participation in the initiative included a voluntary and anonymous online employee satisfaction survey. The “Abenteuerland” daycare center was headed by Bernd Mitsch, who received the seal from FiF regional advisor Heiko Wisny in a celebratory ceremony.
