On July 10, 2025, a festive milestone was reached at Paulistraße 29 in Bautzen: the topping -out ceremony for a new apartment block that will offer 19 barrier apartments. The housing cooperative (WBG) Unity of Bautzen is characterized as a client and plans to provide the new apartments in early 2026. The investment amount amounts to around 4.5 million euros, which makes this project an important project in the region.
