Max Suske: Stralsund boxer fights for world title in Chemnitz!
On November 12, 2025, the young Stralsund boxer Max Suske is looking forward to his next big appearance. On November 22nd he will compete against Polish boxing hope Mateusz Pawlowski in Chemnitz as part of the SES Boxing Gala. The event takes place at the Kraftverkehr event location and promises high-class boxing.
Max Suske, who just celebrated his 23rd birthday, comes into the ring with an impressive 11 wins from 13 professional fights, 9 of which were by knockout. His goal is clear: a place in the Junior World Championship title fight! His preparations are underway at the “Feel Good Club” in Chemnitz, where he is training under the guidance of coach Georg Bramowski. Despite his intensive training plan, which of course includes massages and regeneration, Suske has seen little of the city so far.
A start of superlatives
The upcoming SES boxing gala is all about the star of the main fight: Artur Reis, the IBF title holder, meets the WBO champion Mateusz Tryc in the fight for the WBO European light heavyweight title. Reis, who recently won against Mate Rudan, is now moving to light heavyweight. It's no wonder fans are already excited for the gala, as recent events have sold out and been extremely popular. This brought a lot of positive feedback to the organizer, the BC “Wölfe” Chemnitz and the Saxon Boxing Association.
Also on the card are other exciting fights: Nuremberg's Armend Lucas Schmitt also makes his professional boxing debut against Ingolf Zocher from Berlin.
Boxing on TV
There is good news for those who can't make it to Chemnitz: MDR will broadcast the gala live in the program “SPORT im Osten – Boxen live” from 10:15 p.m. This means no one can miss a moment of exciting action.
Tickets are already available via www.eventim.de and other advance booking offices. If you love boxing, you should definitely mark November 22nd in your calendar!
