On July 11, 2025 there will be exciting innovations for the Dynamo Dresden fan base, which will be implemented in the coming season. These changes not only affect ticket purchases, but also recognize the commitment of volunteers in various social services.

Firstly, the volunteer card will be recognized as a reason for a discount in the future. This means that proof of volunteer activity in the FSJ (Voluntary Social Year), FÖJ (Voluntary Ecological Year) or BFD (Federal Voluntary Service) benefits holders of reduced tickets for home games. The volunteer card is usually sent directly to the volunteer's private address so that they can easily benefit from the discounts. The initiative “for volunteers” has made it its mission to actively support and make visible the recognition of this commitment by collecting discount locations.

Comfortable travel options

Visitors to the home games can also look forward to a free bike sharing service provided by DVB. Dynamo Dresden will set up several bonus stations around the stadium where vouchers for using the MOBIbike will be stored. This is a practical and environmentally friendly mobility solution, especially for fans who care about the environment. If used during the KombiTicket period, the first 30 minutes of the journey can even be refunded. These stations are easy to find using the nextbike app, which requires registration.

But that's not all. In order to cover the increase in operating costs, there will be a price adjustment of between 5 and 10 percent in the new season, depending on the ticket category. This measure results from additional expenditure of over 1.5 million euros, which was necessary to ensure match operations in the Rudolf Harbig Stadium.

Security when purchasing tickets

Another important point concerns ticket sales: Visitors should strongly warn against using unauthorized sales platforms, as sellers face contractual penalties and buyers run the risk of purchasing invalid tickets. Starting next season, a secondary ticket market will also be activated, but only if at least 26,000 tickets are sold in advance.

Overall, voluntary service is not only promoted as an educational and orientation year for young people, but is also recognized as part of our community. Those involved experience self-efficacy and responsibility through committed activities and can take part in a total of 25 educational days, which promote exchange and personal education. These are all reasons why supporting volunteers is not only commendable, but also a sign of a strong civil society. The DSJ emphasizes that such programs not only offer volunteers insights into professional fields, but also point out the importance of social commitment.
