Border controls in Görlitz: Four Somali young people discovered without papers!

On Saturday morning, May 31, 2025, the federal police at the Görlitz city bridge carried out a review as part of the border controls introduced. Four Somalians aged 17, 16, 16 and 16 years were checked. The young people had no valid travel documents with themselves.

After completing the police measures, the young men were given to the youth welfare office immediately. These measures are part of the current safety precautions at the limit.
