In the painter and painter industry in the Görlitz district, there is good news for the employees. The wages will be raised from April 2025. Roland Müller from IG Bau Ostsachsen has announced that every working hour paid is remunerated with 19.10 euros. According to the new provisions, the corner wage will be raised by 2.9 % in the West from April 1, 2025, followed by a further increase of 3.0 % from June 1, 2026. These developments are also necessary, because the minimum wage for trained workers will be raised to 15.55 euros from July 1, 2025 and finally increases to 16.13 euros from July 1, 2026.
