Leipzig celebrates industrial culture: days full of history and excitement!

The anticipation for the "days of industrial culture" in Leipzig is growing! In the second week of September 2025, from September 8th to 14th, the city invites you to discover and be amazed. This event has long since established itself as a highlight in the calendar of regional culture. Instead of a monotonous program, visitors can look forward to a colorful firework of exhibitions, tours and performances. The association industrial culture Leipzig e.V. organizes the events and the 10th "Industry | Kultur | Festival" on the motto "Living Leipzig industrial culture".

A real highlight will be the opening ceremony in a traditional place in the entertainment industry. Numerous tours are planned throughout the week, including those that are offered in the course of the 860th birthday of the Leipzig trade fairs. The demonstration of historical occupational safety films from the FRG and GDR also promises an exciting journey through time. Interested parties must register by August 15, 2025 at the latest, because this is the only way to share local actors the opportunity to share their skills and history.
