A new chapter at Leipzig/Halle Airport is opened after Amazon has closed its doors. Reaterm, an American company, has taken over the site and plans to build a state-of-the-art air freight system with impressive 45,000 square meters of storage space. This new structure will be connected directly to the roller field, so that the freight movements between the aircraft and truck can run more quickly in the future.
