Radebeul, Deutschland - On the last weekend in June, art and garden lovers can enjoy a very special experience in Radebeul. Like diesachsen.de , the gardens of the city between the city limits of Dresden and Coswig invite you to discover them in new light. This event not only offers the opportunity to experience the beauty of the gardens, but also to admire the impressive connection between art and nature.

New on the event list are the Hellerkuntraum in Radebeul-Ost, the broom economy "pleasure button" in Radebeul-West and the Hotel Villa carefree with its attractive garden. Here artists will present their works and bring visitors closer to the variety of their creativity. While visitors move through the gardens, wandering musicians will ensure a musical framework that makes the experience even more alive.

The City Administration of Radebeul would expressly thank all the garden owners, artists and musicians who contribute to this cultural highlight. The project is actively supported by the cultural area in Meißen-Saxon Switzerland-Easterzgebirge, which is also responsible for the promotion of numerous regional cultural initiatives. As part of the Saxon Cultural Area Act , comprehensive support for cultural institutions and measures is guaranteed here, which is of fundamental importance for rural cultural areas.

The Saxon Cultural Area Act, which has been in force since January 1, 2023, determines the cornerstones for the promotion of cultural activities and the preservation of cultural institutions in Saxony. A total of eight rural and three urban cultural areas were launched, including the Meißen-Saxon Switzerland-Osterzgebirge cultural area, through which the implementation of regional cultural projects such as this event is only possible.

The Zweckverband Kulturraum Meißen-Saxon Switzerland-Eastern Mountains has set itself the task of promoting the regionally significant cultural institutions and supporting the organization of local cultural work in financing and coordination. This is achieved by providing at least 94.7 million euros annually, which are provided for cultural care. This commitment ensures the continued existence of the cultural infrastructure and is a real gift for the region.
